通心络胶囊配合电针治疗急性脑梗死临床观察

目的:探讨通心络胶囊配合针灸治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:选取急性脑梗死患者102例,随机分为治疗组50例,对照组52例,对照组进行常规基础治疗,治疗组在常规基础治疗的同时给予通心络胶囊配合电针治疗,连续治疗2个疗程,比较2组患者治疗前后神经功能评分及临床疗效。结果:通心络胶囊治疗组总有效率92%,对照组总有效率71%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:通心络胶囊配合电针治疗急性脑梗死安全有效。

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effects of TongXinLuo Capsule Combined with Electroacupuncture for Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective：To observe clincal effects of TongXinLuo capsule combined with electroacupuncture in treating acute cerebral infarction.Methods：102 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group（50 cases） which received conventional treatment and control group（52 cases） which received TongXin-Luo capsule on the basis of conventional treatment.Control group oral TongXin Luo capsule combined with electroacupunc-ture,2 courses continuously.Neurological score and clinical efficacy of 2 groups were compared before and after treat-ment.Results：The total effective rate was 92% in treatment group and 71% in control group;the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：TongXinLuo capsule combined with acupuncture is safe and effective treatment for acute cerebral infarction.
