| 非体外循环下冠状动脉搭桥术的临床应用 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的:报告16例冠心病患者经胸部正中切口非体外循环下冠状动脉搭桥术。方法:手术在全麻常温下进行,经胸部正中切口。平均每例搭桥2.3支。结果:全组,手术死亡1例,余术后15例心功改善,14例心绞痛消失,1例残留心绞痛。结论:如病例选择适当,经胸部正中切口非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术安全可行,并可减轻手术创伤,减少术后并发症,减少输血,缩短住院时间,降低医疗费用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To report the clinical results of off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting for16patients suffering coronary artery diseases in our hospital from May2000to November2001.Method:off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting through a standard midline sternum incision was performed for16patients by general anesthesia.Results:The average bypass per patient was2.3.One patient died after the operation.15patients improved their heart function including14cases of angina symptom disappeared and one angina symptom residue.Conclusion:The operation of the coronary artery bypass grafting under off-pump through a standard midline sternum incision is safe and practical in selected patients and early result is satisfactory. |
