依达拉奉和胞磷胆碱钠治疗急性脑梗死成本效果分析

目的探讨依达拉奉和胞磷胆碱钠治疗急性脑梗死成本效果。方法选择我院2007年10月至2009年10月急性脑梗死患者101例,随机分为两组,观察组和对照组。两组患者均给予血栓通注射液静脉滴注,口服肠溶阿司匹林。并同时行相关康复治疗。有脑水肿者给予甘露醇脱水,合并有高血压、糖尿病患者给予相应对症治疗。观察组患者给予胞磷胆碱钠注射液静脉滴注。对照组患者给予依达拉奉注射液静脉滴注。两组患者均治疗14d。结果两组治疗后总有效率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;对照组成本效果比为147.7,观察组成本效果比为4.8。结论采用依达拉奉和胞磷胆碱钠治疗急性脑梗死时,使用胞磷胆碱方案要比使用依达拉奉方案经济,医疗成本相当较低。

The comparison of cost-effectiveness of edaravone and citicoline on acute cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the difference of cost-effectiveness of edaravone and citicoline on acute cerebral infarction. Methods 101 cases with acute cerebral infarction were selected from October,2007 to october,2009,and were divided into two groups,observation group and control group. The similar therapy was given to two groups：oral administration of enteric coated aspirin、mannitol was used for dehydration therapy,expectant treatment was done for the patients with hypertension or diabetesmellitus. Citicoline was used to observation group,edaravone was used to control group,the course was 14 days. Results The total effective rate in two groups compared,there was statistical difference（P 0. 05） . The ratio of cost-effectiveness was147. 7 in control group,the ratio of cost-effectiveness was 4. 8 in observation group. Conclusion When edaravone and citicoline are used to treat the patients with acute cerebral infarction,the scheme of citicoline has low cost,but high efficacy,the cost is lower than the scheme of edaravone.
