医用壳聚糖创面修复膜凝胶在痔切除术中的应用

目的评价痔切除术中应用医用壳聚糖创面修复膜凝胶的临床疗效。方法选择80例痔患者行Milligan-Morgan手术后,将医用壳聚糖创面修复膜凝胶均匀涂抹在创面及创周,通过随访观察疗效。结果该方法对改善术后出血,消除术后肛门疼痛、肿胀,修复痔黏膜创面方面有明显效果。结论痔切除术中应用医用壳聚糖创面修复膜凝胶疗效确切,方法简单,能有效地减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广。

Application of Medical Chitosan Hydrogel Dressing in Hemorrhoidectomy

Objective To explore the clinical value of medical chitosan hydrogel dressing used in hemorrhoidectomy.Methods A total of 80 patients with hemorrhoidectomy were applied medical chitosan hydrogel dressing evenly to the surface of wound and were observed through following up.Results Application of medical chitosan hydrogel dressing in hemorrhoidectomy had achieved obvious effect on reducing postoperative bleeding,eliminating pain and swelling and accelerating postoperative wound healing.Conclusion Application of medical chitosan hydrogel dressing in hemorrhoidectomy might have features of obvious effect,simple operation and less complications.It should be worth being promoted clinically.
