摘    要:目的 研究慢性肾功能衰竭患者血液透析前后血浆中一氧化氮(NO)和环鸟苷酸(cGMP)的变化及其临床意义。方法 取慢性肾功能衰竭患者血液透析前后血浆,用化学方法测定NO,放射免疫测定cGMP。结果 慢性肾功能衰竭患者血液透析后血浆中NO含量明显增高;血浆中cGMP透析前后无明显变化。结论 提示充分血液透析有利于慢性肾功能衰竭患者体内维持正常NO水平,但血液透析前后血浆中NO的变化与cGMP变化并不一致。

Abstract:Objective The contents of NO and cyclic guanime monophosphate (cGMP) in the plasma of patients with chronic renal failure (CRF) by haemodialysis (HD) and its clinical significance were investigated. Methods The contents of NO and cGMP was determined by chemical method and radioimmunoassay, respectively. Results The level of NO increased significantly in the plasma of patients with CRF before and after HD, but not cGMP . Conclusions These results suggested that sufficient HD is of benefit to maintain the level of NO in plasma of patients of CRF, which has not inevitabel relation to the change of cGMP.
