实验性高脂血症对阿霉素肾病鼠的加速肾毒作用

摘    要:
目的:观察实验性高脂血症对肾病鼠的肾毒性作用。方法:阿霉素肾病鼠随机分为两组,分别饲以高脂饲料和普通饲料,测定其血脂,肾功能、尿蛋白和肾皮质SOD,并进行肾组织学观察。结果:肾病高脂饮食组与肾病对照组比较,2周后血胆固醇、甘油三酯明显升高,8周后肌酐清除率和肾皮质SOD水平明显下降。结论:过量的脂质可加速肾病时肾损伤且与自由基代谢失衡有关。

Abstract:
Objective:The effect of experimental hyperlipidemia on nephrotoxicity of nephrotic rats wasstudied. Methods: Adriamycin-induced nephrotic rats were randomized into 2 groups, feeding with hyperlipidic diet or general diet. The plasma lipids, renal function, protein in urine and SOD in renal cortex were measured. The renal morphological change was observed. Results: In hyperlipidic diet group,the plasma cholesterol and triglyceride elevated significantly after 2 weeks (p<0. 05), the creatinineclearance rate and the level of SOD in renal cortex were decreased significantly after 8 weeks (p<0. 05).Conclusion: Overload of lipid can induce the progression of renal injury in nephrotic syndrome which isalso related with the abnormal metabolism of oxygenic free-radical.
