超声提取夏枯草中总三萜类成分的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨夏枯草中总三萜类成分的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计方案优化夏枯草中总三萜类成分的超声提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为提取温度65℃,85%乙醇,超声30min,10倍溶剂用量,超声提取3次。结论:超声提取既简便又高产,节能且环保。

Abstract:Objective: To study the extraction process of the total triterpenes from Common Selfheal with ultrasonic wave extraction. Methods: To optimize the ultrasonic wave extraction process with the orthogonal design method. Result: The optimum extracting conditions are studied as follows: the concentration of etha- nol is 85%, the extracting temperature is 65℃, the extracting time is 30 minutes and 10 times of solvent amounts used by each extracting for 3 times. Conclusion: The ultrasonic wave extraction method is simple and the extracting efficiency is very high. Meanwhile it saves energy and protects environment.
