呼吸功能锻炼对食管癌三野手术患者肺功能的影响

目的 探讨术前综合呼吸功能锻炼对改善肺功能的效果.方法 对70例拟行食管癌三野根治手术的患者,人院开始到术前1 d进行呼吸功能锻炼,观察比较锻炼前后肺功能的变化.结果 锻炼后肺活量(VC)、用力肺活量(FVC)、深吸气量(IC)、最大通气量(MVV)较锻炼前明显改善(P<0.01).结论 综合呼吸功能锻炼能改善患者肺功能,提高食管癌三野手术的耐受性.

The effect of the synthesized respiratory training on the patient's lung function who receives three-field radical operation of esophageal carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the results of synthesized respiratory training before operation on lung function. Methods Seventy cases of patients who received three -field radical operation of esophageal carcinoma, were doing respiratory training during the period from the day of admission to the day before the operation, in order to observe the changes of lung function. Results After the training, the vital capacity (VC) , forced vital capacity (FVC) , inspiratory capacity (IC) and maximal ventilatory volume (MVV) had been obviously improved (P < 0. 01 ) . Conclusions The synthesized respiratory training can improve the patients'lung function and the tolerance of three - field radical operation of esophageal carcinoma.
