心脏康复护理对冠心病PCI术后患者运动耐力及生活质量的影响

目的观察心脏康复护理在冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后患者中的应用效果。方法将我院120例接受PCI术治疗的冠心病患者随机分为对照组(n=60,常规护理)和观察组(n=60,常规护理+心脏康复护理)。比较两组的干预效果。结果护理后,两组的无氧阈、峰值氧耗量、METs、最大运动功率、LVEF、CI及生理机能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、精神健康、精力评分均升高,LAVImax及Gensini评分均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予冠心病PCI术后患者心脏康复护理,有助于增强患者的运动耐力,改善其心脏功能及冠脉扩张能力,提升生活质量。

Effects of cardiac rehabilitation nursing on exercise endurance and quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI

Objective To observe the application effect of cardiac rehabilitation nursing in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease treated by PCI in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=60,routine nursing)and observation group(n=60,routine nursing+cardiac rehabilitation nursing).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the anaerobic threshold,peak oxygen consumption,METs,maximum exercise power,LVEF,CI,scores of physiological function,physical pain,social function,mental health and energy of the two groups increased,while LAVImax and Gensini scores decreased,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The cardiac rehabilitation nursing for patients with coronary heart disease after PCI is helpful to enhance the exercise endurance,ameliorate the cardiac function and coronary artery dilation ability,and improve the quality of life.
