| 摘 要： | 随着我国剖宫产手术量的逐渐增加,产妇术中牵拉反应产生的不适已引起临床广泛关注.牵拉反应使产妇产生恶心、呕吐、疼痛、鼓肠等症状与体征,对产妇的生理以及心理产生不利影响.本文就剖宫产术中牵拉反应的产生机制以及椎管内用药、静脉用药、腹横平面阻滞等预防及治疗措施进行综述.

| Abstract: | With the gradual increase of cesarean section operation in China,the discomfort caused by maternal traction reaction during operation has aroused widespread concern in clinic.The traction reaction makes the pregnant women produce the symptoms and signs such as nausea,vomiting,pain and drum bowel,etc.,which have a negative impact on the physiology and psychology of the pregnant women.This article reviews the mechanism of traction reaction during cesarean section,the prevention and treatment measures such as intraspinal medication,intravenous medication and abdominal transverse plane block. |
