安徽省常规免疫接种率报告质量影响因素及干预效果研究

分析影响安徽省常规免疫接种率报告质量的因素,实施干预措施,以期提高常规免疫接种率监测质量.在估算接种率＜50%的县中,选择休宁等3个县,在基线调查的基础上,采取干预措施,并对其结果进行评价.影响常规免疫接种率报告质量的因素有①漏报;②漏建卡(证);③报表的质量.实施干预措施后,报表的准确性、完整性、及时性均有明显改善.提高做好常规免疫工作重要性的认识,加强领导,明确职责,开展多层次培训,特别是培训乡、村防保医生,以提高技术水平和责任心.加速乡级卫生院改革,完善防保体制,进一步完善常规免疫报告数据库的评价系统,是提高常规免疫接种率质量的主要措施.

Studies on Factors Affecting the Quality of Routine Immunization Coverage Rate Reporting System and the Intervention Effect in Anhui Province

In order to improve the surveillance quality of routine immunization coverage rate in Anhui Province,the affecting factors were analyzed and the intervention measures were implemented.3 counties were selected from counties where the estimated coverage rates were below 50%.The intervention measures were carried out according to the results of the baseline investigation and then the interven tion effects were evaluated.The affecting factors included:1)under-reporting,2)under-registering,3)low quality of routine immunization report.After implementation of the intervention measures,the accuracy,integraty and timeliness of routine immunization report have been improved.The routine immunization should be paid more attention.The training courses at different levels,especially for township and village health workers,should be conducted to improve their technology and responsibility.The township epidemic prevention system should be perfected.In addition,the evaluation system on reporting data of routine immunization also should be adjusted.
