| 摘 要： | 通过对１２例有关病例分析，结合自己的临床实践，参考国内外文献，初步分析了人工全关节置换术常见失败原因，主张全髋置换要做到充分术前准备、规范手术操作、合理术后处理，并提出该手术的现代骨水泥技术及有关生物力学。 |

| Abstract: | The causes of failure in total hip replacement(THR)were analysed briefly in 12 cases by comparing medical literature on THR with own clinic practice.It is suggested that full preoperative preparation,standard operative technique and reasonable postoperative care are the key to the THR.The application of mordern bone cement technology and biomechanics of THR were studied. |
