双黄花颗粒镇咳祛痰及免疫药理作用的研究术．

目的观察双黄花颗粒的镇咳、祛痰及免疫作用。方法通过小鼠浓氨水引咳和豚鼠枸橼酸引咳试验。观察双黄花颗粒的镇咳作用；通过小鼠酚红排泄试验观察双黄花的祛痰作用；通过小鼠碳粒廓清试验，观察双黄花颗粒的调节免疫作用。结果在小鼠氨水引咳试验中，双黄花高、中剂量组浓氨水致咳的潜伏期延长（P＜0．05）；双黄花高剂量组小鼠浓氨水致咳的次数显著减少（P＜0．05）；在豚鼠枸橼酸引咳试验中．双黄花高剂量组豚鼠枸橼酸引咳的潜伏期和减少咳嗽次数显著延长（P＜0．05或P＜0．01）；在小鼠酚红排泄试验中，双黄花高剂量组气管酚红排泄量显著增加（P＜0．05）；在小鼠碳粒廓清试验中，双黄花高、中剂量组小鼠廓清指数和吞噬指数显著增加（P＜0．05或P＜O．01）。结论双黄花颗粒具有较好的镇咳、祛痰及调节免疫药理作用。

Experimental Study of Shuanghuanghua Granule on Relieving Cough,Exspelling Phlegm and Immunomodulation Effects

Objective： To evaluate the relieving cough,exspelling phlegm and immunomodulation effects of Shuanghuanghua Granule. Methods： Cough was induced by ammonia in mice and citric acid in guinea pig.The number of cough were recorded to indicate the effect of Shuanghuanghua Granule. The expectorafit activities were by testing the amount of phlegm secreted in mice. Immunomodulation effect was tested by the expectorant carbon clearance in mice. Results： Cough was induced by ammonia in mice,high and middle does groups of Shuanghuanghua Granule could apparently prolong the coughingincubation period.The high does groups of Shuanghuanghua Granule could apparently reduce coughing frequency. The cough was induced by citric acid in guinea pig. High does groups of Shuanghuanghua Granule could apparently increase phenol red sputem excretion in mice. The expectorant activities experimental,high does groups of Shuanghuanghua Granule could apparently increase phenol red sputem excretion in mice. In the expectorant carbon clearance in mice, high and middle does groups of Shuanghuanghua Granule could apparently decrease the expurgatory index and phagocytic index.Conclusion：Shuanghuanghua Granule has significant relieving cough,exspelling phlegm and immunomodulation effects.
