对1例下肢感染患者抗感染用药的分析

目的:通过对1例下肢感染患者的抗感染用药分析,以加深对合理用药内涵的理解,促进抗菌药物的合理使用。方法:对1例下肢感染患者的抗感染治疗方案进行评价和分析。结果与结论:高级别的初始抗菌药物对患者而言并不是最适宜的选择,积极的清创以及敏感抗菌药物的抗感染治疗才是对该类患者最有效的治疗方法,而用药的经济性亦是该类患者治疗时所要考虑的重要方面。

Analysis of the Use of Anti-infective drugs in One Lower Limb Infection Case

OBJECTIVE： To deepen our understanding on the connotation of rational use of drugs through the analysis on the use of anti-infective drugs in one lower limb infection case so as to promote rational antibiotic use. METHODS： The anti-infective regimen for one lower limb infection case was given evaluation and analysis. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The initial high level use of antibiotics for this lower limb infection case is not the optimal choice, instead, positive drainage and use of sensitive antibiotics were the most effective regimen for such case. Moreover, we should take fully consideration the economy in drug use the patients with lower limb infection.
