曲克芦丁注射液致不良反应的帕累托图及相关因素分析

目的:探讨曲克芦丁注射液致不良反应的规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:通过文献检索,收集曲克芦丁注射液不良反应报告100例,对患者的基本情况、用药情况、不良反应发生时间与累及系统等进行帕累托图分析及相关因素分析。结果:曲克芦丁所致不良反应病例中,多集中在45岁以上年龄段(占80%)。累及系统分为8种类型,其中呼吸系统、全身性损害、循环系统、神经系统构成了主要因素。患者的年龄、给药剂量、合并用药等是发生不良反应的相关因素。结论:临床医务人员应严格按照说明书规范用药,加强用药监护,确保用药安全。

Pareto Chart and Correlation Factors of Troxerutin Injection-induced Adverse Drug Reactions

OBJECTIVE： To explore the patterns and characteristics of the adverse drug reactions （ADRs） induced by Troxeru- tin injections so as to provide references for clinical rational use of drugs. METHODS： Through literature retrieval, 100 cases of ADR induced by Troxerutin injections were given Pareto chart analysis and correlation factor analysis with regard to patients＇ basic data, drug use, ADR onset time and the systems involved. RESULTS： The ADRs induced by Troxerutin injections occurred more often in patients aged above 45 years, accounting for 80%. The systems involved were categorized into 8 types, with lesions of re- spiratory system, circulatory system and nervous system as well systemic lesion took the lead. The ADRs were associated with pa- tient＇s age, dosage and drug combination,etc. CONCLUSIONS： Clinicians should strictly abide by the package inserts of drugs to achieve standard use meanwhile strengthening monitoring on medication so as to ensure medication safety.
