降纤酶治疗不稳定性心绞痛对血液流变性的影响

目的：观察降纤酶对不稳定性心绞痛（ＵＡＰ）的临床疗效及对血液流变性的影响。方法：４０例ＵＡＰ随机分为两组,在常规抗心绞痛治疗基础上,治疗组１９例用降纤酶５ｕ（首例１０ｕ）加入生理盐水１５０ｍｌ中静滴隔日１次共６次;对照组２１例用复方丹参液３０ｍｌ加入右旋酐－４０２５０ｍｌ中静滴每日１次共１０次。结果：临床疗效在治疗组总有效率为８９．４７％,对照组则为７１．４３％（Ｐ〈０．０５）;心电图疗效治疗组总

EFFECTS OF DEFIBRASE ON HEMORRHEOLGICAL PROPERTIES IN TREATING UNSTABLE ANGINA PECTORIS

Objective:To evaluate the role of defibrase(Def) for patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP) and foe effect of improving the hemorheological proprties. Methods: 40 cases of UAP were randomly divided into two groups. On the basis of conventional Oral remedy of UAP, Def group(19 cases) were treated with def 5u(10u at the first time) in 0. 9% sodium choride 150ml, iv, drip, qod, six times altogether; control group(21 cases)were treated with salvia miltiorrhiza Co. 30ml in dextran-40 250ml, iv.drip qdx10d. Results:The total effective rates of symptoms in the Def group were 89.47% and 71.43% in the control group (P< 0.05);and the total effective rates of ECG were 78.95% in the def group and 61 .90% in the control group (P> 0.05). In comparison with the control group,the Def group showed noticeable effects in improving all the hemorheological parameters observed respec- tively, (P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Def is effedtive in treating Patients with UAP and in improving the hemorrheological properties.
