| 摘 要： | 本实验测定了油酸复制大鼠呼吸窘迫综合征（RDS）模型血气和酸碱指标的变化,并观察了党参对其变化的影响。结果表明,党参有提高油酸型呼吸窘迫综合征大鼠动脉血氧分压、血氧饱和度,降低二氧化碳分压的作用,并能纠正大鼠酸碱平衡紊乱,从而对党参治疗呼吸窘迫综合征提供了理论依据。 |

| Abstract: | Effect of Codonopsis on changes of qi (vital energy)and blood and acid-base of rats RDS model produced by intravenous injection of oleic acid was measured and observed. The results demonstracted that Codonopsis could markedly increase PaO2and O2 sat ,reduce PaCO2,and redress acid-base equilibrium disturbances. So it provided scientific proof for the treatment of Codonopsis on RDS. |
