临沧市县、乡、村三级计划免疫人力资源及冷链设备现状调查

目的 了解临沧市县、乡、村三级计划免疫人力资源及冷链设备现状。方法 于2006年对全市进行调查。结果 全市有计划免疫岗位人员1443人，大学、中专，无学历的人员分别占4．85％、33．68％、63j55％；高级、中级，初级、无职称的分别为0．07％、3．12％、35．34％、61．47％；现有的7种冷藏设备2217台，正常运转、报废率分别73．07％、26.93％。在安全注射的调查中，自毁型注射器的使用率达到100％。结论 全市计免人员的学历偏低，冷链设备仅能勉强维持运转，需有计划地更新冷链设备和加强岗位人员的业务培训。

Investigation on manpower resources and current cold conditions in Lincang city

Objective To understand the eurrent eonditions of EPI in every eountfies of Lineang eity. Method Investigation was earried out in all epidemie prevention of our eity in 2006. Results showed that 1443 people worked at EPI.4.85% of them have have the university degrees, 33,6% of them have polyteehnie sehool degrees,63.55% of them no degree.0.07%of them have high teehnieal post, 3.12% have middle teehnieal post, 35.34 of them have elementary teehnieal post 61.47% no teehnieal post. There were 7 kinds of eold ehain equipment.ineluding 73.0% running normally and 26.93% out of order All used The self-destruct suringe. Conclusion We should plane to renew the cold elain equipments and train the persons on post.
