| 摘 要： | 目的了解邢台市城乡青少年面部寻常痤疮患病情况,为进一步开展干预工作提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,抽取邢台市城乡中小学生2891名,调查学生寻常痤疮患病率、发病年龄、性别特点及面部皮损特征等。结果将年龄构成标准化后,青少年痤疮的患病率城市为45.0、乡村为32.8,城市男生患病率高于农村男生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),城市女生的患病率高于农村女生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论邢台市青少年痤疮患病率城市高于农村。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the prevalence and epidemiological characteristics of acne in adolescents in urban and rural areas in Xingtai,and to provide evidence for intervention.Methods By using stratified cluster sampling,2 891 students of primary and middle schools in urban and rural areas in Xingtai were surveyed.Items of prevalence,age,sex,living areas were documented and acne characteristics on their faces were observed.Results Data analysis showed that prevalence of acne in urban and rural students was 45.0%,32.8% respectively,after standardization by age.Further analysis indicated that in both male and female students,the acne prevalence in city was higher than that in county(P<0.01).Conclusion The prevalence of acne among adolescents in city was higher than that in county in Xingtai city. |
