| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年直肠癌急者围术期的护理要点。方法：对29例老年直肠癌患者做好术前心理疏导、术前基础疾病护理、肠道准备；术后病情观察、各类管道护理、人工肛管理、严密观察并发症、术后关于疾病科普知识的宣教以及详细的出院指导。结果：上述措施能缩短高龄直肠癌患者住院时间、减少术后并发症的发生率。结论：加强老年直肠癌患者围术期的护理不仅能帮助患者平稳度过围术期，并且对提高术后生活质量是非常必要的。 |
