低分子肝素治疗慢性喘息性支气管炎疗效观察

目的：分析研究低分子肝素治疗慢性喘息性支气管炎患者的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2010年4月至2011年4月期间在我院治疗的56例慢性喘息性支气管炎患者的临床资料。将56例患者根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组和对照组各28例，对照组给予抗感染、抗病毒、上氧与对症等内科常规治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用低分子肝素钙治疗，观察记录2组患者的临床疗效及不良反应。结果：治疗组显效率、临床总有效率明显优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组体温下降时间，呼吸困难改善时间，止咳显效时间和罗音消失时间均短于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：低分子肝素治疗慢性喘息性支气管炎临床疗效好，症状消除快，病程缩短，易操作，无不良反应，值得在临床应用。

The effect of Low Molecular Heparin of patients with chronic asthmatic bronchitis

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of low molecular heparin in the treatment of chronic asthmatic bronchitis. Methods： The clinical data of 56 patients who underwent chronic asthmatic bronchitis in our hospital during April 2010 and April 2011 were collected, 56 patients with chronic asthmatic bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the con- trol group, each in 28 cases. The patients in control group were treated with internal medicine conventional therapy, the patients in treatment group were treated with low molecular heparin on the basis of conventional therapy, the clinical effects and the untoward re- action were observed. Results： The excellence rate and the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than in control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. The treatment group with temperature drop time, anhelation improve time, stop coughing time and rales extinction time-was significantly shorter than in control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）, there were significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The low molecular heparin is an ideal treatment for chronic asthmatic bronchitis and worthy of clinical use.
