| 摘 要： | 目的探讨紧急结肠镜检查对急性下消化道出血的临床应用价值。方法对65例急性下消化道出血患者进行急诊结肠镜检查和相应止血治疗,并对资料进行分析。结果急诊结肠镜检查阳性率为93.85%,成功率为100%,止血成功率为94.29%,无并发症发生。结论急诊结肠镜检查是急性下消化道出血的首选方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of colonoscopy for acute lower gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods Hospital 65 cases acute lower gastrointestinal bleeding were treated with emergency colonoscopy and the corresponding treatment of bleeding, and data analysis. Results Emergency colonoscopy positive rate was 93.85 percent,with a success rate of 100 percent, and the success rate of hemostasis was 94.29 percent,nobody happened complications. Conclusion Emergency colonoscopy acute gastrointestinal bleeding is the method of choice. |
