| Abstract: | Young teachers is a new force for the development of higher education,and will be the main body for the competitive ability in universities.This paper explores how young teacher in medical laboratory improve their teaching quality from the following aspects: the master system,visiting a class,preparation for class,trial teaching and training of experimental skills. |
