| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察华蟾素治疗原发性肝癌肺转移的效果。方法 :大剂量静脉滴注华蟾素。结果 :使用华蟾素可以显著地缓解症状 ,延长生存期和改善生活质量 ,未发现明显的心、肾、肝毒性。结论 :华蟾素是一种治疗原发性肝癌肺转移安全、有效的药物。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinic effect of the Primary liver Cancer (PLC) followed the metastatic tumor of lung with Injectio Cinobu Facini (ICF). Methods: the large doses ICF were used through intravenous drip. Results: ICF could significantly relieve the symptoms of patients, prolong the long term survival rate and improve the quality of life. No cardiac, renal and liver function toxicity injures were found in patients. Conclusion: ICF is a safe and effective medicine to treat the PLC followed the metastatic tumer of lung. |
