| 摘 要： | 目的探讨四种不同盖髓剂保守治疗急性牙髓炎的效果差异性。方法选择18-35岁患者急性牙髓炎患牙，发作时间48h内的牙共80例，分别用MTA、碘仿氢氧化钙糊剂、化学氢氧化钙糊剂及氢氧化钙糊剂进行盖髓处理各20例，1年后观察牙髓情况。结果MTA成功治疗19例，碘仿氢氧化钙糊剂成功治疗15例，化学氢氧化钙糊剂成功治疗16例，氢氧化钙糊剂成功治疗10例，4组结果间有显著性差异，其中MTA盖髓治愈牙急性牙髓炎成功率最高。结论不同的氢氧化钙制剂盖髓治疗急性牙髓炎均有效果，其中MTA的疗效最佳。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate clinical curative effect of different pulp cap on expectant treatment the acute pulpitis of anterior teeth.Methods 80 cases of acute pulpitis of anterior teech from clinical people who were 18-35 years old were selected.
