| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察利福霉素对社区获得性肺部感染的疗效。方法 :社区获得性肺部感染住院病人 5 2例 (男性 32例 ,女性 2 0例 ;年龄 4 5a±s14a) ,应用利福霉素注射液 5 0 0～ 10 0 0mg ,加入 5 %葡萄糖注射液或氯化钠注射液 2 5 0～ 5 0 0mL中 ,iv ,gtt ,qd ,疗程 7～ 10d。结果 :利福霉素治疗的有效率 88% ,细菌清除率 73%。结论 :利福霉素治疗社区获得性肺部感染有效

Rifamycin in treating community-acquired pulmonary infections in fifty-two patients |

| Abstract: | AIM: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of rifamycin in the treament of community-acquired pulmonary infections. METHODS: A total of fifty-two patients with community-acquired pulmonary infections (M 32, F 20; age 45 a±s14 a) received rifamycin 500～1 000 mg + 5 % glucose injection or 0.9 % sodium chloride injection 250～500 mL, iv, gtt, qd, for 7-10 d. RESULTS: The clinical effective rate of rifamycin was 88 %, the bacterial clearance rate was 73 %. CONCLUSION: Rifamycin is an effective and safe antibacterial in the treatment of community-acquired pulmonary infections. |
