清热调经汤治疗排卵性功能失调性子宫出血临床研究

目的:分析自拟清热调经汤治疗排卵性功能失调性子宫出血(DUB)的疗效。方法:将因排卵性功能失调性子宫出血的127例患者作为研究对象,采用随机分组方法将所有患者分为观察组与对照组。其中对照组采用倍美力与黄体酮治疗;观察组在对照组用药基础上加用清热调经汤行联合治疗。对比两组临床疗效、症状缓解程度及子宫出血情况的差异。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组临床症状总积分在治疗后均显著降低,且观察组降低程度较对照组更加显著(P<0.05);观察组出血控制时间及完全止血所需时间较对照组明显更短(P<0.05)。结论:自拟清热调经汤在DUB患者临床治疗中的应用可有效改善患者多项临床症状,控制出血情况发生,并减少止血时间,疗效显著。

Efficacy of Qingre Tiaojing decoction in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding

Objective:To analyze the effect of Qingre Tiaojing decoction on dysfunctional uterine bleeding(DUB).Methods:127 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding were divided into observation group and control group by random grouping method.The control group was treated with Beimeili and Flavonoids,while the observation group was treated with Qingre Tiaojing decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom relief and uterine bleeding were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P﹤0.05).The total scores of clinical symptoms in both groups were significantly reduced after treatment,and the degree of reduction in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P﹤0.05);the time required for hemorrhage control and complete hemostasis in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The application of Qingre Tiaojing decoction in clinical treatment of DUB patients can effectively improve a number of clinical symptoms,control the occurrence of bleeding,and reduce the time of hemostasis.
