老年性便秘的中医辨证论治

摘 要 文章通过查阅研究典籍文献中关于便秘名称的由来和对其病因病机的认识，结合当代医家对老年性便秘治疗的进一步理解及不同辨证体系的分型论治的相互融合，并针对老年人多以虚症为主的特殊体质且兼夹携带瘀血、痰浊、寒湿、虚热等病理证候特点来探讨并简单归纳总结中医对老年性便秘的论治。

TCM treatment based on syndrome of senile constipation

This article explores and summarizes the treatment of senile constipation by Chinese medicine practitioners through reviewing and studying the origins of constipation names and the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of classics and literature.We combined with the contemporary doctors'understanding of the treatment of senile constipation and the integration of different syndrome differentiation systems,and in view of the special physique of the elderly,mainly with deficiency syndrome,and carrying pathological syndrome characteristics such as blood stasis,phlegm,cold and dampness,and virtual heat.
