2型糖尿病患者颈动脉粥样硬化与超敏C反应蛋白、铁蛋白的关系研究

目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者颈动脉粥样硬化与超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)、血清铁蛋白(SF)水平变化的关系及临床意义。方法62例T2DM患者,根据颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)≥0.9mm和(或)颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成分为颈动脉正常组24例和颈动脉硬化组38例,40例健康者作为对照组,分别测定血清Hs-CRP和SF的水平,彩超检查患者颈动脉的IMT、斑块及管腔的狭窄情况。结果T2DM患者的Hs-CRP、SF水平和IMT值均高于对照组(p<0.01);T2DM合并有高血压者Hs-CRP、SF水平和IMT值也明显高于单纯T2DM患者(p<0.05);颈动脉硬化组的Hs-CRP、SF水平比颈动脉正常组的Hs-CRP、SF水平明显升高(p<0.05)。结论Hs-CRP、SF可能参与TZDM患者颈动脉IMT的增厚过程。两者升高可能预示TZDM并发心脑血管并发症风险增加。

STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CAROTID ATHEROSCLEROSIS AND HIGH-SENSITIVITY C-REACTIVE PROTEIN AND IRON PROTEIN IN TYPE 2 DIABETIC PATIENTS

Objective To investigate the relationship and clinical significance between carotid atherosclerosis and serum levels of high sensitivity c reactive protein (Hs-CRP) and ferritin(SF) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods According to the IMT and plaque,62 patients with T2DM were divided into two groups : IMT abnormal group: 38 and IMT normal group: 24, 40 healthy persons served as control . The levels of serum Hs-CRP and SF were measured respectively. All carotid arteries of 62 cases were examined with color Doppler ultrasound. Results The levels of IMT, serum Hs-CRP and SF in patients with T2DM were significantly higher than those in control group(p<0 01); The levels of IMT, serum Hs-CRP and SF significantly increased in patients with T2DM and hypertension (p<0 05) ;The levels of serum Hs-CRP and SF in IMT abnormal group were significantly higher than those in IMT normal group (p<0 05). Conclusions The levels of serum Hs-CRP and SF may play an important role in progression of carotid atherosclerosis of T2DM. The increasing level of Hs-CRP and SF may signify the high risk of cardia-cerebrovascular complication in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
