前列腺肉瘤的诊治（附4例报告）

【目的】探讨前列腺肉瘤的诊断、治疗及预后。【方法】回顾分析2005年12月至2009年9月本院收治的4例前列腺肉瘤患者的临床资料。【结果】4例患者均经直肠B超引导下行前列腺穿刺活检病理确诊。其中肌源性肉瘤者3例，包括平滑肌肉瘤2例，横纹肌肉瘤1例；纤维源性肉瘤1例。患者均接受手术切除、放疗、化疗、中医药及免疫治疗等综合治疗。随访4例，3例在确诊后第6个月，1例在确诊后第13个月因肿瘤转移死亡。【结论】前列腺肉瘤进展迅速，预后较差，明确诊断有赖于病理检查，应制订适宜的个体化治疗方案。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Prostatic Sarcoma(a report of 5 cases)

Objective] To explore the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of prostatic sarcoma. Methodsl The clinical data of 5 cases of prostatic sarcoma treated in our hospital lrrom Dec. 2002 to Apr. 2006 were analyzed retro- spectively. Results] The final diagnosis of prostate sarcoma was performed with ultrasound-guided needle biopsy. Three cases were myogenic sarcoma including 2 cases of leiomyosarcoma and 1 case of rhabdomyosarcoma. One case was fibrosarcoma. All patients received the combination therapy including surgical removal, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, traditional Chinese medicine and immunotherapy. Four cases were followed up, of which 3 cases died at 6 months after the final diagnosis and 1 case died of tumor metastasis at 13 months after the final diagnosis. Conclusion] Prostatic sarcoma has rapid progress and poor prognosis. Confirmatory diagnosis depends on the pathological examination. Individualized treatment protocols should be formulated.
