定容通气模式吸气相波形的流体力学分析

摘    要:目的使SMART新型多功能呼吸机具备的定容通气模式实现吸气相气体流速恒定且可调。方法使用流体力学原理对研发过程中遇到的问题进行分析计算.找到原设计中的不足,进而对其进行改进。结果:IPPV、SIMV等定容通气模式的吸气时相流量可调.波形呈现方波。结论使用流体力学原理指导呼吸机气路设计.能够得到事半功倍的效果。

Abstract:Purpose To make the capacity model of SMART new-type multi-functional ventilator achieve the capability that the flow can be stable and adjusted accurately. Methods To analysis the problems in the course of development with fluid mechanics principle, find the deficiencies of original design and improve it. Results The inspiratory phase waveform of IPPV. SIMV, etc, breathing pattern presented square wave, achieved the goal of adjustable flow. Conclusions Using the fluid mechanics principle guiding the design of ventilator gas circuit can get twice the result with half the effort.
