摘    要:舒张功能不全是触发心肌细胞释放脑钠肽(BNP)和氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT—proBNP)的重要因素。血浆BNP和NT-proBNP水平是舒张性心力衰竭患者诊断和预后判断重要的生化学指标,独立于传统的临床症状及超声心动图检查结果。现简要介绍血浆BNP和NT—proBNP检测在舒张性心力衰竭患者的应用价值。

Abstract:Diastolic dysfunction is one of the important triggers for the release of brain natriuretic petide (BNP) and N-terminal pronatriuretic petide (NT-proBNP) from the ventricular myoeardium. BNP and NT-proBNP are important biomarkers in the diagnosis of diastolic heart failure (DHF). They are independent of the results of traditional clinical variables, and echocardiograph parameters. The value of BNP and NT-proBNP in the diagnosis of DHF is reviewed in this article.
