铬对大鼠肥胖基因表达及血糖血脂的影响

摘    要:
目的 : 证实铬对肥胖基因表达和体重的影响及与血糖、血脂的关系。方法 : 将80只大鼠按体重随机分为 8组 ,分别为基础饲料对照组、基础饲料加铬组 (不同剂量的葡萄糖酸铬 )、高脂饲料对照组、高脂饲料加铬组 (不同剂量的葡萄糖酸铬 ) ,每周称重 1次 ,并于第 8周末断头取血 ,用放射免疫的方法检测血中的瘦素 ,用酶法检测血糖、血脂等指标 ,同时称取肝、脾、肾及睾丸等脏器 ,计算脏 /体比值。结果 : 加铬组与对照组相比 ,瘦素水平显著降低 (P<0 .0 5 )。血糖、总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)显著降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL - C)显著升高 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 : 铬对大鼠体重的影响不大 ,但可抑制肥胖基因的表达 ,同时具有降低血糖、TC、TG和升高 HDL- C的作用

Abstract:
Objective: To study the effects of chromium on body weight and the relationship between chromium, blood sugar, and blood lipids.. Methods: Eight Wistar rats were randomly fed with different diets(basal diet, high-fat diet),different levels of chromium〔as chromium gluconate respectively equal to 1 mg, 2mg and 3 mg Cr 3+ /(kg·bw)〕.All rats were decapitated and their blood samples were collected.The serum leptin concentration was assayed by RIA method, the blood sugar and blood lipids were tested by enzymatic method. The liver, spleen,kidneys and testis were removed and weighed; the ratio of internal organs to body weight were calculated. Results: There were significant differences in leptin, blood sugar, total cholesterol(TC), triglycerides(TG) and high-density-lipoprotein-cholestoral(HDL-C) levels between the Cr supplemented groups and Cr-deficient groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Chromium can cause weight loss slightly, down regulate the expression of obese gene and reduce the levels of blood sugar, TC,TG and increase the HDL-C concentration.
