直肠癌术后局部复发的治疗

目的探讨直肠癌术后局部复发的治疗。方法对1997～2002年期间36例直肠癌术后局部复发的患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果36例患者中,根治手术组(A组)10例;姑息手术加放疗组(B组)13例;放疗组(C组)13例。中位生存期A、B、C组分别为26个月、17个月、14个月。A、B、C组的3、5年生存率分别为50.0%、30.8%、30.8%;30.0%、15.4%、7.7%。A组的3年、5年生存率明显高于B、C组(P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论直肠癌术后应密切随访.以便早期诊断局部复发。及时给予外科为主的综合治疗。

Treament of Local Recurrence of Rectal Cancer after Operation

Objective To explore the causes and treatment of local recurrent rectal cancer after curative resection.Methods 36 cases of local recurrent rectal cancer after curative resection were retrospectively analyzed from 1997 to 2002.Results Among 36 cases,10 cases were under- went curative resection(group A),13 cases were underwent palliative resection combined with ra- diotherapy(group B),and 13 cases only received radiotherapy(group C).The median survival time of group A、group B、and group C were 26 months,17 months、14 months,The 3-year and 5-year survival rates of group A、group B、group C were 50.0%、30.8%、30.8% and 30.0%、15.4%、7. 7%,respectively.Both 3-year and 5-year survival rates of group A were significantly better than that of group B and group C(P<0.05,P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with rectal cancer should be carefully followed up after operation so as to early diagnose the local recurrence of rectal cancer.Synthetic therapy is essential for increasing the survival rates of the patients.
