甲型流感病毒治疗S37腹水瘤小鼠的实验研究

甲型流流感病毒鼠肺适庆型７５－３９株治疗Ｓ３７腹水型荷瘤小鼠，存活率达９３．３％。体外实验观察流感病毒感染Ｓ３７肿瘤细胞，到３天时Ｓ３７细胞经胎盘蓝染色，１００％的Ｓ３７细胞死亡，而对照组肿瘤细胞染色率只有１０％左右。

Studies on viral immunotherapy of S_(37) ascitic tumor in mice

Present report concerns the study on the treatment of S37 ascitic tumor in mice with influenza virus,the virus was given in 48 hours after transplantation of ascitic tumor cells,in S37 the survival rate after 3month's observation was 93.3% .In vitro S37 ascitic tumor cell be infected with influenza virus that have been observated by staining with placenta blue,the resulting S37 ascitic tumor cell death rate was 100% after three days.And this paper reports the mechanism of influenza virus therapy,in the virus treated group the NK activity and phagocytosis of macrophage increased repidly after injection of influenza virus,the NK activity was higher than control group during the first two days;Phagocytosis of macrophage increased from time to time.
