| 摘 要： | 目的探讨丙戊酸镁抗躁狂症的临床疗效。方法采用湘中制药厂生产的丙戊酸镁和碳酸锂治疗躁狂症如例，分别观察了丙戊酸镁和碳酸锂对躁狂症的临床疗效及副作用。观察时间为５ｗｋ。结果碳酸锂组优于丙戊酸镁组，丙戊酸镁组治疗第２ｗｋ有效，但以后疗效下降。两组副作用类似。结论丙戊酸镁对躁狂症治疗有效。用锂盐治疗无效或不能耐受锂盐的严重毒副反应的部分躁狂症患者可选用丙戊酸镁治疗。

| Abstract: | Objetive The aim of this paper was to observe the clinical efficacy of valproate magnesium in mania.Methods The control study of 30 patients with manias treated with valproate magnesium and lithium carbonate was made, and the clinical efficacy and side effect observed respectively. The time of observation was 5 weeks.Results The efficacy of lithium carbonate group was advantage over that of the valproate magnesium's. Valproate magnesium showed excellent results at the second week, but its efficacy descreaded later.The side effects of the two groups was similar.Conclusion The valproate magnesium acts upon the mania and may be alternative for some maniacs who unresponsive to lithium carbonate or can't tolerate the severe side effect of lithium. |
