肺癌肿瘤标志物早期诊断研究进展

肺癌是一种常见的恶性肿瘤,其发病率及死亡率已占全球恶性肿瘤的首位。肺恶性肿瘤目前常用的诊断工具是CT扫描、支气管镜检查、痰病理细胞学检查及肿瘤标志物检测,但在早期肺癌的诊断中尚缺乏敏感的诊断方法。为了提高肺癌的诊断治疗,近年来许多肿瘤标志物已经被应用于肺癌领域。因为晚期肺癌预后很差,人们正在尝试进行肺癌筛查,所以寻找合适的肿瘤标志物在肺癌的早期诊断中变得尤为重要。

Research Progress of Tumor Markers in Early Diagnosis of Lung Cancer

Lung cancer is one of the most prevalently occurring,both its incidence and fatality rate are the highest among all cancers. Some ongoing diagnostic tools at clinics include CT scans,bronchoscopy,tumor markers and sputum analysis,none of which turns out to be effective in early diagnosis of lung cancer. Over the past several years various tumor biomarkers have emerged in the field of lung cancer to improve the early detection,diagnosis and treatment of lung tumours. The poor prognosis associated with advanced lung cancer has resulted in attempts to develop lung cancer screening programs. So efforts to find a suitable biomarker for the detection of early lung cancer are very important.
