2005-2008年四川省流脑监测结果分析

目的了解四川省2005-2008年健康人群脑膜炎奈瑟菌(Nm)带菌状况、抗体水平及其动态变化趋势,为制定流脑防控对策提供依据。方法采集健康人群咽拭子并进行脑膜炎奈瑟菌分离培养,采集健康人群血清进行抗体水平检测,计算健康人群流脑带菌率、血清保护性抗体阳性率。结果健康人群Nm带菌率为1.40%,B群所占比例为91.80%,健康人群A群流脑的血清保护性抗体阳性率为70.73%,C群为31.39%,3岁以下幼儿A群和C群流脑血清保护性抗体阳性率分别为47.10%和21.24%,均低于3～14岁儿童(71.55%和31.84%),差异有统计学意义(χ2值分别为106.69和21.69,P0.01)。结论四川省Nm带菌以B群带菌为主,3岁以下儿童流脑血清保护性抗体阳性率较低。

Surveillance of Epidemic Cerebrospinal Meningitis in Sichuan Province,2005 to 2008

Objective To investigate antibody level against epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis and carriage rate of Neisseria meningitidis （Nm） among healthy population in Sichuan province from 2005 to 2008.Methods The blood samples and throat swabs were collected from the people in 8 age groups for the detection of antibody levels and culture of Nm.Results The carriage rate of Nm among healthy population was 1.40%,91.80% of the strains detected was serogroup B.The antibody protective rates against serogroup A and serogroup C were 70.73% and 31.39% respectively.The protective rates against serogroup A and serogroup C among the children under 3 years old were 47.01% and 21.24%,which were lower than those among the children aged 3 to 14 years （χ2=106.69,21.69,P0.01）.Conclusion Serogroup B was prevalent among the healthy population in Sichuan.The antibody protective rate among the children under 3 years old was relatively low.The vaccination of serogroup C should be strengthened for them.
