| Abstract: | Chemical modification of enzymes with monomethoxypolyethylene glycol (mPEG) was an important method in research and development of biochemical drugs. Some aspects about general methods, alterations in physicochemical and biological characteristics of the enzymes after chemical modification, the prospect of application as well as problems remained to be resolved were reviewed. |
