上海城区40岁以上女性骨密度影响因素研究

摘    要:目的探讨影响上海城区40岁以上女性骨密度的危险因素,为预防骨质疏松提供依据。方法对上海市区40岁以上1840名女性应用外周双能X线骨密度仪测定非优势侧前臂远端骨密度并进行问卷调查,对所获得的资料进行相关分析、t检验和多元逐步回归分析。结果年龄、体重、月经初潮年龄、怀孕次数、生育次数、母乳喂养子女数、母乳平均喂养月数、绝经年龄、绝经年数、喝牛奶习惯、母亲骨折史、本人骨折史、哮喘史、高血压史均与骨密度值有关。结论年龄、低体重、绝经、月经初潮年龄是影响骨密度的重要因素。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the risk factors for developing bone mineral density among women over 40 years old in Shanghai. Methods Using peripheral Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry(pDEXA)to measure bone mineral density at the far-end of non-dominant forearm among 1 840 women over 40 years old in Shanghai urban area, at the same a questionnaire was conducted among these subjects. The data was analyzed by bivariate correlation analysis, independent samples t test and multi stepwise regression analysis. Results Age, weight, age of catamenia menarche, times of pregnancy and giving birth, children number of breast feeding and average month of breast feeding, age of menopause, years of menopause, habit of milk drinking, history of mother's and one's own fracture,history of asthma and hypertension all had relationship with the development of bone mineral density. of all the factors, age, underweight, catamenia menarche were of the most significance. Conclusion The Women with older age, menopause underweight and accompanying hypertension were the most important population in preventing osteoporosis among women over 40 years old in Shanghai urban area.
