彩色高频超声多普勒对指（趾）远端血管球瘤的诊断价值

目的探讨彩色高频超声多普勒对指（趾）远端血管球瘤的早期诊断价值。方法对9例可疑病例进行术前彩色高频超声检查、X线检查及术中探查、术后病理检查，将上述结果分析，研究彩色高频超声在指（趾）远端血管球瘤早期诊断作用及声像学特点。结果9例患者的彩色高频超声检查结果、术中探查结果、病理检查结果符合率100％，彩色高频超声检查表现为肿块内丰富的血流信号，呈特征性“彩球状”，并可探及动静脉瘘血流频谱及低速低阻血流。结论高频彩色超声是一种简便、有效的早期诊断指（趾）端血管球瘤的方法。

Diagnosis of glomus tumours at end of fingers(toes) with high-frequency color doppler ultrasound

Objective To analysis the value of high-frequency color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of glomus tumor at the end of fingers（toes）.Methods To study the role of high-frequency color cloppler in early diagnosis of glomus tumor at the end of fingers（toes） and its acoustic feature, according to the 9 patients＇ preoperative check of high＇frequency color doppler, x-ray and surgical exploration, postoperative pathological examination.Results Clinical result of preoperative ultrasonography, intraoperative exploration,pathological examimation of 9 patients showed no difference.The features of acoustic imaging revealed rich blood flow signal in tumor, as characteristics of color sphere,hyperemia and arterio-venous fistula spectra.Conclusion High-frequency color doppler ultrasound is an effective and simple method in the early diagnosis of glomus tumor at the end of fingers（toes）.
