吡格列酮联合胰岛素对2型糖尿病患者脂联素水平的影响

目的观察吡格列酮联合胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病对患者血浆脂联素水平的影响。方法60例2型糖尿病患者随机分为2组,分别给予胰岛素及吡格列酮联合胰岛素治疗,疗程共12周。分别检测和记录2组患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、脂联素以及胰岛素用量,观察吡格列酮对2型糖尿病患者血浆脂联素的影响。结果2组患者治疗后血糖和HbA1c均控制良好,其中观察组胰岛素日需求量明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血浆脂联素水平较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论吡格列酮联合胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病不仅可良好地控制血糖HbA1c,同时增加患者血浆脂联素水平,提高患者对胰岛素的敏感性,减少胰岛素用量。

Effects of pioglitazone combined with insulin adiponectin in type 2 diabetic patients

Objective To observe the effects of pioglitazone combined with insulin on plasma adiponectin levels in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups to be treated with insulin alone （control group） or combined with pioglitazone （study group） for 12 weeks. The fasting blood glucose （FBG）, hemoglobin A1c （HbA1c）, plasma adiponectin and use of insulin were recorded before and after treatment. Results Good control of blood glucose and HbA1c was achieved in the two groups after treatment. The study group experienced significantly less daily use of insulin （P〈0.05） and higher plasma level of adiponectin compared to the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Treatment of type 2 diabetes with pioglitazone plus insulin was shown to result in good control of blood glucose and HbA1c, higher plasma adiponectin levels, improved sensitivity to insulin, and less use of insulin.
