摘    要:
目的探讨鲍曼不动杆菌对氨基糖苷类药物耐药机制。方法K-B法检测19株鲍曼不动杆菌对4种氨基糖苷类药物的敏感性,聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测氨基糖苷类修饰酶基因。结果14株鲍曼不动杆菌携带aacA4基因,检出率为74%。结论aacA4型氨基糖苷类修饰酶是鲍曼不动杆菌对氨基糖苷类药物耐药的重要机制。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the drug resistance mechanism of acinetobacter baumanii to aminoglycosides.Methods The antibiotic susceptibility of 19 strains of acinetobacter baumanii were tested by K-B method,while aminioglycoside modifying enzymes coding gene were detected by PCR.Results 14 strains of acinetobacter baumanii carried with aacA4 gene coding aminioglycoside modifying enzymes,and the detection rate was 74%.Conclusion The aminoglycoside modifying enzyme coding by aacA4 gene is an important factor in ...
