高血压病综合治疗模式探讨

目的探讨基层医疗保健单位高血压病综合治疗模式。方法将高血压病患者分为综合治疗组和普通治疗组。综合治疗组采取量化饮食、量化运动、心理疏导与降压药物相结合的治疗模式;普通治疗组仅单纯用药物治疗。比较两者在不良生活方式及行为改善、高血压病情控制、医疗费用等方面的变化。结果综合治疗组在膳食结构、运动量、控酒等方面的改善以及血压控制率方面明显优于普通治疗组（P〈0.001）,相关医疗费用也较普通治疗组低（P〈0.05）。结论高血压病综合治疗效果显著,值得在基层保健单位推广。

Disscussion of the synthetical therapy pattern on hypertension

Objective To discuss the effect of the synthetical therapy pattern on hypertension at the basic medical service units. Methods Hypertension patients were divided into synthetical therapy group and ordinary treatment group. The synthetical therapy group adopted the combined treatment, consisting of quantification diet, quantification movement, the psychological counsuling with the lower-blood pressure medicine, while the ordinary treatment group were treated with medicine only. The two groups were compared in ill life style, behavior improvement, hypertension control and medical expenses, etc. Results The improvement of the synthetical therapy group was obviously higher than the ordinary treatment group in diet structure, physiological load of exercise, alcohol control as well as the blood pressure control, with less medical expenses. Conclusions The synthetical therapy on hypertension receives remarkable effect and the treatment deserves promotion at the basic medical service units.
