综合性医院临床科室内部绩效评价体系的构建

摘    要:为客观、合理地对综合性医院临床科室内部绩效进行评价,将平衡记分法理论应用于临床科室的内部绩效评价,并结合医院实际情况对其进行了调整,构建了一个涵盖财务绩效、质控绩效、运转绩效、拓展绩效诸多量化指标的综合评价体系。该体系评价结果直观,能有效反映科室各方面管理绩效,为医院决策提供参考。

Abstract:An all-around evaluation system covering a number of quantitative indexes such as financial performance,quality control performance,operation performance and exploration performance etc.has been established in order to evaluate the internal performance of clinic departments of a general hospital objectively and rationally and apply balanced scoring theory into the internal performance of clinic department.At the same time,the system has been adjusted in accordance with the actual situation of the hospital .The evaluation result by this system is intuitionistic,effectively reflects all-around management effects of all departments,serves as a good reference for decision making of a hospital.
