| 摘 要： | 世界贸易组织（WTO）的“政府采购协议”（GPA）是各参加方对外开放政府采购市场，以实现政府采购国际化和自由化的法律文件。我国将在2007年底启动加入GPA的谈判，逐步开放我国政府采购市场．按照透明化和最惠国待遇进行政府采购。为此通过调研某省省级卫生机构了解医疗卫生机构中政府采购现状及存在的问题，并提出了相应的对策，为今后进一步研究加入GPA后对我国医疗卫生领域政府采购工作产生的影响做参考。
