| 摘 要： | 从医院管理工作的实际出发,通过专家调查分析,对医院面临的医疗危机进行评估,进一步明确了医疗因素导致医院危机发生的机率和危机发生后可能造成的危害程度,为医院管理者提示容易造成危机的环节和在管理中应加以重视的方面,对医院危机管理工作提供指导,促进医院危机管理工作水平的提高。

| Abstract: | We consider the hospital management from a factual way,use the experts' investigation and analysis as a reference. Through the expansion of crisis evaluation,it can affirm the probability of inducing the military hospital crisis and the crisis degree it may arouse. Also through the expansion of crisis evaluation,it is a hint about phases which is easy to be the crisis for military hospital management. The result of this research can help to accelerate the advance of the military hospital crisis. |
