| 摘 要： | 本文分析了目前下肢ＣＰＭ装置存在的问题，指出在ＣＰＭ每一运动周期，人体下肢与ＣＰＭ支架之间都将产生有害的相对位移和交替牵拉应力，影响关节功能顺利康复。提出下肢ＣＰＭ的正确使用方法和设计原则。

| Abstract: | In the paper, some disadvantages of the CPM device for the knee and hip in use are discussed, which is the alternate strain to the tissue around the knee as well as the relative displacement between the leg and the CPM brace. They are harmful to the rehabilitation of the joint function. So, the correct usage of CPM is recommended and a design principle of modified CPM is provided. |
