MCM2在非小细胞肺癌的表达及意义

目的:探讨微小染色体维持蛋白2(MCM2)在非小细胞肺癌的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组化法检测72例非小细胞肺癌组织中MCM2的表达,分析MCM2的表达与组织学分型、临床分期及分化程度的相关性。结果:MCM2表达强弱与非小细胞肺癌的组织学分型相关,鳞癌MCM2表达标记指数中位数与腺癌及大细胞癌相比有显著差异(P<0.01);MCM2表达强弱与非小细胞肺癌的分化程度密切相关,分化越低,表达越明显(P<0.01);MCM2表达强弱与非小细胞肺癌的临床分期无关(P>0.05)。结论:作为细胞增殖特异性标记物,MCM2的表达与非小细胞肺癌的临床病理特征密切相关。

The expression and significance of MCM2 in the non-small cell lung cancer

Objective:To study the expression of minichromosome maintenance protein 2(MCM2) in the non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and the relationship with the clinical features.Methods:The imunohistochemical expression of MCM2 in 72 NSCLC specimens and it's association with histology,pathologic stage and differentiation grade were analyzed.Results:The expression of MCM2 were associated with histology of NSCLC,the expression of MCM2 in squamous carcinomas was higher than that in large cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma(P<0.01);the expression of MCM2 were associated with differentiation grade of NSCLC,the poorer differentiation,the lower expression(P<0.01);the expression of MCM2 weren't associated with pathologic stage(P>0.05).Conclusion:As a specific cell proliferation marker,the expression of MCM2 is significantly associated with the clinical features of NSCLC.
