妊娠合并血小板减少54例临床分析

目的探讨妊娠合并血小板减少的原因及治疗方法。方法对54例妊娠合并血小板减少患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果妊娠合并血小板减少的主要原因是特发性血小板减少性紫癜（ITP），妊娠期血小板减少症，妊娠期高血压疾病。给予糖皮质激素或免疫球蛋白或输注血小板等治疗，分娩方式视血小板多少及有无产科指征而定。结论妊娠合并血小板减少应视不同病因、血小板减少的轻重及产科情况而采取不同的治疗方法。

Pregnant women with thrombocytopenia clinical analysis of 54 cases

Objective Platelet purpose of pregnancy with the reasons for the reduction and treatment methods.Methods The clinical data of 54 cases of pregnant women with thrombocytopenia were analyzed retrospectively.Results Pregnancy outcome of the merger is the main reason for reduced platelet idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP),the reduction of platelet during pregnancy,gestational hypertension diseases.Given glucocorticoids or immunoglobulin and platelet transfusions and other treatment,mode of delivery,and whether or not depending on the number of platelet obstetric indications on.Conclusion Pregnancy with thrombocytopenia should be depending on the etiology,and the severity of thrombocytopenia obstetric situation and take different approaches to treatment.
